Summer Fridays

From Memorial Day through Labor Day we shut down the office at 3pm to start the weekend early.

3 Weeks Paid Vacation

All full-time employees start with three (3) weeks of PTO. Additional weeks of vacation are provided based on tenure.

Hybrid Work Environment

We value remote and in-person collaboration and provide a schedule that accommodates both. Our office is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Paid Family Leave

We provide sixteen weeks (16) of fully paid leave for those growing their family. Additional paid time off is also available through the state.

BCBS Health Insurance

Health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Program is covered by Stirling at 50% for all full-time team members.

Full Vision Coverage

We provide a Blue Cross Blue Shield vision plan. Program is covered by Stirling at 100% for all full-time team members.

Dental Insurance

We provide a Blue Cross Blue Shield dental plan. Program is covered by Stirling at 50% for all full-time team members.

Long Term Disability + AD&D

We provide a 100% towards a long-term disability program for all full-time team members.

6 Mental Health + Sick Days

We provide six (6) paid sick days per year (with additional disability leave should you need it).

Each time you reach a 5-year company anniversary milestone, you’ll get a paid two-week sabbatical.

Pet-Friendly Office

Pets are a part of the team. Friendly pets are invited for visits. We also provide a paid day off for new pet parents and/or those dealing with a loss of a pet.

Stocked Kitchen + Bar Cart

We encourage you to help yourself to a variety of snacks and beverages, including espresso, tea and coffee. Plus, we initiate a bi-weekly bar cart on Thursdays.
